It’s Sunday morning, and that means that the entire kamp gets coffee cake.
Packing for Kamp can be tough! Here are a few tips of what not to forget!
Each term K-2 has awesome themed parties, which involve lots of fun and tons of costumes! Make sure your kamper comes prepared by checking out the party themes at http://kanakukparties.com/explore/k-2-party-themes
Trips are one of our favorite parts of K-2! It gives Kampers a chance to leave Kamp for a short period of time and experience different adventures! All 28-night Kampers and older 14-night Kampers will participate in at least one trip!
Kampers will need to remember to pack a sleeping bag, water shoes (Chacos or Tevas), and clothes they don't mind getting dirty.
Kampers are required to wear socks and tennis shoes everyday, so make sure they have packed enough socks for the entire term. Also athletic t-shirts and shorts are the best for everyday wear as Kampers participate in many sports activities throughout the day! Finally girl Kampers need to make sure they pack modest one-piece swimsuits for water activities!
Bible, journal and writing utensils will be necessary throughout the term. Also Kampers will not have their phones, so stamps and stationary may be a good thing to pack for communication! Finally, Kampers are allowed to hang their hammocks if they have one! Also, don't forget bedding, towels, and all toiletry items!
We can't wait for Term 4 to begin!
