Cross Talk is an annual tradition at K-West. It is a time for the gospel to be corporately delivered to the Kampers.
Term 1 is already over and we truly cannot believe how fast time flies. During this term we saw Kampers come to know Christ on a personal and intimate level. We saw both a head and heart change.
Every summer we challenge our staff and Kampers to memorize daily verses. They memorize and discuss the verses at the beginning of every class period.
The Race to Rio theme party was an evening to remember. The festivities began in the afternoon on a Kamp Sunday. Each cabin represented a country just like in the Olympic games.
Well folks, we did it! All five terms at K-West have been completed. Summer 2015 has come and gone at K-West. The cabins are empty, the dining hall is quiet, and the lake is still.
The Adventures in Dentures party has been a blast all summer! Kampers and staff dress up as senior citizens and get their boogie on!
Girl Day has been a running tradition at K-West for many years now. This day brings the opportunity for fun and learning what it looks like to be women of God.
Campfire night is a tradition we do at K-West every summer. Each cabin has its own fire pit to sit around and eat delicious food.
LTAS is a phrase we use during the last term every summer. It stands for Last Time All Summer. It’s a rally point for our staff as we finish the summer with excellence.
Dream Job is a Kamper favorite this summer!! The afternoon consists of stations and events where various jobs come to life!
